It's the Weekend .... yippeee.... but got to get to grips with a trashed spare room!

Well its all go at Wingletang major works are underway as we give the old girl a complete face and roof lift! However this means that 'Pisky Cove' has moved wholesale back to the Midlands as Wingletang will be uninhabitable for a few months.

So moving from a full studio with a sea view I am now working from a bungalow with no studio!!!!!! To say I have made a mess of 83 is a bit mild SO this weekend it is time to get organised, I shall tie some rope around my waist and head in.........

for some reason my husband feels his office has got smaller since I landed....!

My spinning wheels have found themselves good places to rest!

As a  treat I am using my newly spun lambswool, Romney and Jacob mixed 'Wingletang Wool' for a carpet bag project ..

watch this space... tidiying first fun after!

P.s I haven't been twiddling my thumbs I have managed a bit of spinning......

New Family at Pisky Cove!

New Year and time to welcome a new family to Pisky Cove....

Proud to introduce

 'The Yarn Piskies'....

The 'girls'....

'Oddsox' 'Olive'

'violet'  'Beau'

Violet 'glows' in ultraviolet light-she has her own ultraviolet torch/pen to bring to her new
home so she can be seen in all her glory!

Beau is waiting to be adopted by someone special...she fancies being a Christening or Birthday present where she can share in an occasion! She likes the limelight!

Oddsox and Olive are the best of friends but Olive is off to a new home shortly...so Oddsox will need a new friend..watch this space!

Pisky ears

The older girls have developed their pointy ears but the youngsters have yet to grow theirs!

The girls are created in the tradition of 'rag dolls' being soft, cute and floppy.

Stuffed with safety standard filling they are created from a mix of hand washable wools.

Each Pisky is individually crafted in yarn from their face to their toes!

pisky.cove@googlemail.com

Each Pisky comes with their own adoption certificate stating their name date of birth and any special abilities....for which an adoption fee of between £28 and £32 will be charged!
